End User License Agreement (EULA) for Daemon

PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE GAME. THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND FLOATING POINT INTERACTIVE (“WE”, “US”, OR “OUR”). BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a device that you own or control.

2. Restrictions

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except to the extent allowed by law;
  • Use the Game for any commercial purpose without express written permission;
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Game;
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

3. Third-Party Components

This Game uses Unreal Engine 5.4 and Epic Online Services provided by Epic Games, Inc., which are subject to Epic’s own license terms: Epic EULA.

One or more asset packs included in the Game are used under a license that permits distribution in a commercial product but does not transfer intellectual property rights to you.

4. Ownership

We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all content, features, and updates. All intellectual property rights not expressly granted are reserved by us and/or our licensors.

5. User Conduct

  • Exploit the Game or its services for any unauthorized commercial purpose;
  • Use cheats, automation software, bots, or unauthorized third-party software;
  • Upload malicious code or engage in activity that disrupts the Game or servers.

6. Disclaimers

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE GAME.

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Game.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of United States of America, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois.
